功能
Clusterin (apolipoprotein J) is a 75-80 kDa disulfide-linked heterodimeric protein associated with the clearance of cellular debris and apoptosis. In humans, clusterin is encoded by the CLU gene on chromosome 8. CLU is a molecular chaperone responsible for aiding protein folding of secreted proteins, and its three isoforms have been differentially implicated in pro- or antiapoptotic processes. Through this function, CLU is involved in many diseases related to oxidative stress, including neurodegenerative diseases, cancers, inflammatory diseases, and aging.

![Sandwich ELISA analysis of Human Clusterin matched pair antibodies<br /><br />Capture: <a href="/products/HA725091" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA725091</a>, Human Clusterin Rabbit mAb [PSH15-55]<br />Detector: <a href="/products/HA725092" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA725092</a>, Human Clusterin Rabbit mAb [PSH15-56]<br /><br />Elisa assay was performed by coating wells of a 96-well plate with 100 µl per well of capture antibody (<a href="/products/HA725091" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA725091</a>) diluted in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer, at a concentration of 0.5ug/ml overnight at 4℃. Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Human Clusterin protein (<a href="/products/HA210955" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA210955</a>) starting from 1000,000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (<a href="/products/HA725092" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA725092</a>, Biotin, 0.5 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Then the plate was washed and incubated with 100 µl per well of SA-HRP for 0.5 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Detection was performed using an Ultra TMB Substrate for 10 minutes at room temperature in the dark. Detector: HA725092, Human Clusterin Rabbit mAb [PSH15-56]
Elisa assay was performed by coating wells of a 96-well plate with 100 µl per well of capture antibody (HA725091) diluted in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer, at a concentration of 0.5ug/ml overnight at 4℃. Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Human Clusterin protein (HA210955) starting from 1000,000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (HA725092, Biotin, 0.5 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Then the plate was washed and incubated with 100 µl per well of SA-HRP for 0.5 hour at 30℃ with shaking.
