Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), also known as macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (M-CSFR), and CD115 (Cluster of Differentiation 115), is a cell-surface protein encoded by the human CSF1R gene (known also as c-FMS). CSF1R is a receptor that can be activated by two ligands: colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF-1) and interleukin-34 (IL-34). CSF1R is highly expressed in myeloid cells, and CSF1R signaling is necessary for the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of many myeloid cell types in vivo and in vitro. CSF1R signaling is involved in many diseases and is targeted in therapies for cancer, neurodegeneration, and inflammatory bone diseases.

Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Human CSF-1-R protein (<a href="/products/HA211149" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA211149</a>) starting from 111,000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (<a href="/products/HA723474" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA723474</a>, HRP, 0.5 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Detection was performed using an Ultra TMB Substrate for 10 minutes at room temperature in the dark. Detector: HA723474, Human CSF-1-R Rabbit mAb [PSH12-66]
Elisa assay was performed by coating wells of a 96-well plate with 100 µl per well of capture antibody (HA723477) diluted in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer, at a concentration of 2 µg/mL overnight at 4℃. Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Human CSF-1-R protein (HA211149) starting from 111,000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (HA723474, HRP, 0.5 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking.
