细胞骨架是指细胞中由纤维蛋白构成的空间网络结构，细胞骨架主要包括微丝、微管和中间丝3种结构组分。细胞骨架不仅在维持细胞形态、承受外力、保持细胞内部结构的有序性方面起重要作用，而且还参与细胞分裂、细胞物质运输、细胞迁移等过程。常用的细胞骨架标志物有actin（α/β）、Tubulin（α/β）、Keratin、Vimentin等。
